University of Montana Certificate Program
Program Description The University of Montana is offering online short courses in nonprofit administration specifically designed for busy professionals. Online courses in nonprofit management are based on MNA's Principles and Practices for Nonprofit Excellence in Montana and MNA members receive a discounted enrollment rate. The Online Professional Certificate in Nonprofit Administration offers students education in nonprofit administration along with specific training in the field. Through a set of core courses and an internship, students combine theoretical learning about nonprofit practices such as grantwriting, strategic planning, fundraising and human resource management, with hands-on experience at a nonprofit organization. For the Certificate, students will take at least 12-credits from among a series of 1- and 2-credit online courses in addition to completing a 4-credit internship course. All Certificate courses must be taken for graded credit. Students not wishing to pursue the Certificate may also register for individual courses, which may be taken on a credit or no-credit basis.
MNA Member Benefit MNA Members receive a 20% discount off non-credit fees when registering for The University of Montana's Online Certificate Program in Nonprofit Administration.
