12:00 AM - 11:55 PM

During the training you will • Increase your self-knowledge: what motivates you, how you solve problems, how you respond to conflict, what causes you stress • Learn how to adapt your own style and enhance your relationships with others • Foster constructive and creative group interactions • Facilitate better teamwork and minimize team conflict • Manage more effectively by understanding the dispositions and priorities of employees and team members. Upon completion of the training • You will have the knowledge and skills to manage yourself to be a top performer. • You will have the knowledge and skills to use the DiSC assessment tool with your team members.
