2009 Montana Legislative Session
The Montana Legislature met from January 5, 2009 to late April. MNA tracked and lobbied many bills that impact the nonprofit sector.  Bills covered many issues including nonprofit registration, the specialty license plate program, a hybrid for-profit/non-profit corporate structure, federal stimulus funds, and more.
