Cvent Events and Surveys                    

Members of the Montana Nonprofit Association receive a 10% discount on any license and maintenance fees for any Cvent product or service.  In addition, if you are planning an event, Cvent allows you to search over 75,000 venues, send RFPs, and compare bids – all at no charge – on the Cvent Supplier Network.

Program Description
Cvent offers nonprofit organizations several time saving, web-based tools designed to increase attendance at events, improve feedback from constituents, and source venues for meetings and events.

• Event Registration - Cvent provides event planners with a complete solution to increase event attendance and decrease event costs. By automating the event planning and management processes, their software enables you to focus your time on strategic decisions rather than repetitive, time consuming tasks.

• Web Surveys - With Cvent Web Surveys, organizations can streamline the way they collect feedback and timely business intelligence. Use surveys to test markets, qualify leads, measure program effectiveness, enhance company culture and gauge stakeholder opinions. Launching surveys on the web is more efficient and effective than traditional surveying techniques.

• Supplier Network - Save time and money planning your meetings and events. With free and unlimited access to the Cvent Supplier Network and integrated Request for Proposal (RFP) tool, you can streamline your event sourcing and site selection process.
