2008 Montana Nonprofit Wage & Benefit Survey Report

In September 2008, MNA released the first ever Montana Nonprofit Wage and Benefit Survey Report for the state. The survey reports wages and benefits for 164 nonprofits with tax exempt status under IRS Code Section 501(c)(3). The report provides specific salary and benefit data for 2,170 employees in 16 of the most common nonprofit position descriptions (click here to view a list of positions and benefits).  Montana nonprofits can use this report to research wages and benefits by position, nonprofit mission, location, budget size, and other variables.
