MNA Seeks Eastern Montana Community Partners

MNA Seeks Eastern Montana Community Partners

As part of a larger MNA program to reach rural nonprofits, MNA is happy to announce our Eastern Montana Community Cohort and Ambassador Program. This program is designed to better support rural nonprofits in Eastern Montana through outreach, personalized trainings, resources, and networking.

Our community cohort program is designed to support you and your staff as leaders within your community and region. The idea is simple – connect you with each other and a local ambassador who can help coordinate and build needed training, networking events, and resources to support your growth and development within the nonprofit world.

Here’s how to get involved:

Join a local community cohort!

We are building cohorts of at least three MNA Members in each community (Glendive, Miles City, Sidney) that are interested in organizational development and stability. These organizations will receive:

  • A free 2022 Virtual All Access Pass (valued at $500) – Provides free access to all MNA online courses for all employees (this excludes our Conference, Catalyst, and Accelerator programs)
  • 20% off Annual Conference Registration
  • Free access to in-person trainings hosted in your community (at least two in 2022)
  • Monthly affinity, networking, or content sessions with your local ambassador and cohort
  • Access to additional local or MNA resources
  • Peer-to-peer support

The cost to be a part of this program is $500 for your entire organization, and this cost will be more than paid back in access to training events and resources. Learn more or sign up today.

Help us find a local Ambassador!

We would like to identify local folks to serve as paid ambassadors to help identify needs and coordinate training opportunities in partnership with MNA. These local ambassadors will be from your community and will be best situated to help identify local strengths and needs to ensure this program brings you value. Anticipated responsibilities include organizing monthly networking and learning events, customized training geared toward the highest needs in your community, targeted local resource guides, and more.

Know someone? We invite you to forward the job description and application process to them or send them my way.

Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions you have about this program. We are excited to build deeper partnerships with you and your community, and we hope this program brings real value to you.
