How to Vote
Voting will take place via online ballot. One authorized representative from each nonprofit member organization may vote. The ballot form is open today and will close at 1:00 pm on 10/11 so that we can celebrate and welcome new Board members by the end of the meeting.
Victoria Matejovsky
Great Northern Development Corporation | Wolf Point
Tori Matejovsky is the Executive Director of Great Northern Development Corporation, a nonprofit dedicated to economic development located in Wolf Point and serving rural northeast Montana. With over a decade of experience in nonprofit leadership and economic development, she has successfully expanded GNDC’s impact and financial resources. Tori is passionate about advocating for the essential role nonprofits play in Montana’s economy, particularly as the backbone of rural communities. She currently serves as President of the Montana Economic Developers Association and holds leadership roles with NeighborWorks Montana and Northeast Montana Health Services. A graduate of Leadership Montana and LEAD21, Tori is committed to empowering communities through collaboration and strategic innovation.
Jamie Pollard
Energy Keepers, Inc. | Polson
Jamie is the in-house general counsel for Energy Keepers, Inc., the Section 17 Corporation chartered by the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribe, which runs and operates the Seli’š Ksanka Qlispe’ Dam on Flathead Lake. Jamie has been active in Montana nonprofits since 2018, when he served as an Americorp VISTA at the Sparrow’s Nest of Northwest Montana, working to provide housing to unaccompanied homeless high school students. Jamie has experience working in the area of Federal-Indian law, consumer protections, and energy issues before the Public Service Commission.
Kelly Heaton
Leadership Montana | Red Lodge
Kelly Heaton brings 20 years of nonprofit experience to her role as Executive Director of Leadership Montana. As a Leadership Montana graduate (2014) and Masters Class graduate (2019), Kelly believes wholeheartedly in the mission of building a better Montana through knowledge, collaboration, and civility.
She has a BS from the University of Colorado-Boulder and moved to Montana in 2004. She loves the collaborative and dynamic nature of nonprofits and the opportunities they provide to make positive change. Kelly has extensive experience in organizational and financial management, fundraising, relationship building, marketing, outreach, and strategy. She has spent time in every role of a nonprofit, giving her a well-rounded perspective of how an organization runs, and the importance of each position.
Kelly enjoys meeting people, solving problems, strategy sessions, traveling, hiking, skiing, and is happiest in the great outdoors. She lives in Red Lodge with her husband Matt, the local game warden, and their son Connor. Kelly served on the MNA board in 2021 and is excited to be considered for service again!
