Last chance to apply for Prevention Resource Center (PRC) AmeriCorps VISTA positions in Montana!

AmeriCorps VISTA Members dedicate one year of service alleviating food insecurity, increasing access to healthcare, and developing youth programming within school districts, state agencies, and non-profits across the Big Sky State.  The PRC VISTA Program is currently placing talented, self-motivated, and hardworking AmeriCorps VISTAs for a year of service beginning on July 23, 2018.

No Kid Hungry in Montana:

We are currently recruiting for No Kid Hungry projects in Montana, where VISTAs will have the opportunity to feed more children by expanding breakfast, summer and afterschool meal programs in Montana school districts.

  • No Kid Hungry – Kalispell: The VISTA serving in Kalispell can enjoy miles of publicly-accessible trail systems and the beautiful Glacier National Park.
  • No Kid Hungry – Helena: The VISTA will serve in Helena, where they will be able to enjoy the state capital along with its great hiking and quaint downtown.
  • No Kid Hungry – Poplar: Located in the seat for the Fort Peck Sioux and Assiniboine Tribes on the Fort Peck Indian Reservation, the VISTA can find adventure in the heart of Missouri River Country!
  • No Kid Hungry – Miles City: Miles City is a historic frontier town with access to the best plains and badlands of Eastern Montana.
