- Learn about the skills experts consider important for nonprofit fundraising, marketing, and communications staff.
- Evaluate your current skills and identify strengths and growth areas.
- Consider tactics for improving or bolstering your skills.
- If you’re a manager, gain perspective on your team’s collective skills and areas you might supplement with outside help.
