Deciding how to approach social media for yourself or your organization is a daunting task. What platforms should you use? How often should you post? What content will resonate with your audience?

In this two-day workshop, Lee Banville, University of Montana journalism professor and a founding editor of the digital and social media wing of the PBS NewsHour, will work with workshop attendees to create or modify their social media strategy, develop clear benchmarks for measuring social media work and generate social media content that works.

Workshop takes place over two days — October 28 and November 4 — from 11:30am to 3pm both days.

Time

October 28 (Monday) 11:30 am - November 4 (Monday) 3:00 pm

Location

Montana Media Lab

Don Anderson Hall room 101, University of Montana, Missoula, MT 59812
