Those of us in the nonprofit community know that while HR is essential, it is often difficult to manage with big hearts and small budgets. While it is a lot to remember and manage, implementing good HR practices doesn’t have to be difficult. Join this webinar series and begin with a refresher course on the basics of good HR. in our first session, learn the essentials of keeping your HR practices up-to-date, discover what to document and how, and gain tools to implement right away at your organization. In the second session, we will discuss social media, creating effective social media policies and learn where the line is drawn between free speech and disciplinary infractions. In our third session we will discuss the basics of discipline and termination and how to use MT law to benefit your organization and your employees.
