Montana & Idaho Community Development Corporation, a non-profit financing company serving Montana for 30 years, offers Community Facilities lending to non-profits, public bodies and Federally-recognized tribes in communities of less than 20,000 people.

Community Facilities loans are low-interest, fixed-rate loans for the useful life of the facility and equipment (up to 40 years), and there are no penalties for early repayment. They can be used to construct or improve essential community facilities, purchase equipment, and pay project-related expenses. Examples include community centers, libraries, museums, homeless shelters, community kitchens, food banks, schools, police stations, fire trucks, and assisted living facilities.

If your non-profit is looking for affordable financing for a development project or equipment purchase, please contact Frederick Smith, Business Development Manager, to see if your project is eligible: 406-532-5717 / [email protected]
