New vacancy postings generate email alerts to registered job seekers interested in finding new employment opportunities. Employers can browse our Resume library before paying for advertising. Applicants can apply online though the MNA Career Center. Optional increased visibility enhancements are available for additional fees. For Employers

Employment Vacancy Posting
Stop recruiting and start eCruiting. MNA's online career center gives member nonprofit organizations an affordable, highly visible, and demographically focused place to post job vacancies. Employers can post as much or as little of the job description as they like, and our Career Center sends out an email alert to active job seekers all at no additional charge. The MNA Career Center targets people who want to work in the nonprofit sector - people with the skills to hit the ground running. Regular rate is $150 per 45 day posting - member rate is $49.
Internship Posting
Organizations wishing to fill internships can post internship vacancies just like posting a job vacancy. Simply log in to your employer account and choose Internship from the purchase menu. Members of MNA pay nothing to post an internship and non-members pay only $50 to post an Internship opportunity. Paid job vacancies posted as Internships will be removed.

For Job Seekers

Job Seekers can post their résumé anonymously. Our system allows you to indicate that you are currently employed, but passively seeking new employment and you can set up a Personal Job Alert that will email you with information about new employment opportunities. Your information is kept confidential and you have the ability to turn down interviews without disclosing your identity. You can save your résumé and cover letters in our system and apply online for job vacancies with just a few keystrokes.

For Prospective Interns

Individuals looking to be considered for internships can post their résumé for free and set up an email alert that contacts them every time a new internship vacancy is posted. Simply visit the portal page for the MNA Online Career Center and click the "Create Jobseeker Account" to get started. Once you have a Jobseeker Account, you can set up a Personal Job Alert that will email you whenever new Internships become available. To ensure that you receive Internship alerts, you must select “Internship” from the “Job Function” dropdown menu in the Job Alerts section of the Career Center.
