Finally, a panel of attorneys will address the top ten nonprofit legal questions, and how to get them answered.

Yet, attorneys have additional responsibilities and quandaries as board members that can complicate the relationship. This session covers the ethics, responsibilities, and legal liability for attorneys serving as board members of nonprofit organizations.
