2024 Overtime Rule Changes: Need to Know for Nonprofits

The Department of Labor proposed updating and revising regulations under the Fair Labor Standards Act to raise the standard salary level of certain employees and increasing the highly compensated employee annual compensation threshold. This may impact your employees including executive, administrative, professional, outside sales, and computer employees.
