MNA Town Hall: Where are the Workers? Recruitment and retention in a time of labor shortage

With unemployment at record lows, many of Montanans are asking, “Where are the Workers?” This workshop discusses the long-term demographic trends driving the labor shortage, as well as barriers that may need to be addressed to engage more workers.
