Have you ever attended a program or event that really felt incredible? One that piqued your interest in a subject, made you feel personally connected, and left you with a sense of satisfaction or wonder? Odds are, behind that program or event there was a person or team of trained facilitators, interpreters, or organizers, who made that “magic” happen. The goal of this training is to give you the basic skills you need for preparing, planning, and delivering effective programs and events. We will also learn a variety of personal facilitation skills, and how to use reflection to continuously improve your work.
