MNA Town Halls: MNA’s Four Day Workweek

A hot topic in the national news, the 4-day work week is gaining traction in the wake of the upheaval created by COVID. Join us as we explore the 4-Day work week with Adam Jespersen from the Montana Nonprofit Association. Adam will share MNA’s experience with the 4-day work week pilot program and the latest, greatest findings from multiple pilots currently being conducted across the globe. In addition to exploring the broad concepts, this session will also explore the details and mechanics of implementing a 4-day week.
