MNA’s Public Policy Council submitted comment on a proposed rule change that would diminish the use and effectiveness of the Montana Endowment Tax Credit (METC). When the METC was passed, it was the first of its kind in the nation, and it has been a successful tool for philanthropy for more than twenty years.
